• All products are offered while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

• Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all information (including colors, images, and descriptions) is error-free.

• Prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout for Washington State residents.

3. Online Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we ship your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized/illegal activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but are not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping costs are displayed before checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, teas, spices, and herbs are not returnable or exchangeable once opened.

• Olive oils and vinegars may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unopened, sealed, and accompanied by a receipt.

• Returns without a receipt may be denied or issued as store credit at our discretion.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sequimspiceandtea.co or (360) 683-2050. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Sequim Spice and Tea, LLC unless otherwise credited.

7. Limitation of Liability
