1 pack of raspberries
1 pack of blackberries
1 pack of blueberries
1/4 Cup Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
Toss berries into a jar, cover, and let it sit in the fridge for 1–2 days, shaking occasionally.
Strain the mixture, pressing on the berries to extract maximum liquid.
Stir in the Dark Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, then pour into a clean jar and store in the fridge (it is best after sitting for 1 week).
Mix 2 tablespoons of shrub with 4-6 oz of sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint.
